Life is a Circle - It Goes Round and Round

 Have you ever felt like life keeps bringing you back to the same places, same people, or similar situations - just in different forms? That/s not coincidence. That/s the circle of life playing out its quiet, mysterious rhythm,es. 

From the moment we are born to the time we leave this world, life moves in cycles. Seasons change, day follows night, and endings often bring new beginnings. Everything that seems like a full stop is really juest a comma in the longer sentence of life.

What goes Around Comes Around
We have all heard this phrase. It/s a reminder that our actions - good or bad - circle back to us. Kindness shown years ago returns inexpectedly. . A lie once told catches. Life;s circle doesm't forget. It simply waits for the right time to complete the loop.

Repetition Isn't Always a Setback
Sometimes, we find ourselves struck in patterns - making the same mistakes, facing similar challenges. But maybe it's not about being struck. Maybe life brings us back to these moments not to punish us, but to teach us again - until we learn, until we grow. A circle isn't a trap. Its a path that spirals upward if we pay attention.

Growth Through Cycles
Think of nature:Trees shed leaves, only to bloom again. The moon disappears, only to shine anew. In the same way, we too shed people, beliefs, jobs, or even identities - only to rediscover new parts of ourselves. Each cycle brings depth and maturity.

Why the Circle Matters
The beauty of a circle lies in its completeness. There's no beginning or end. Everything finds its way back - joy, sorrow, peace, confusion. It reminds us to be humble when we are on top, and hopeful when we are down below. Because nothing stays the same forever.

So if you feel like life is dragging you in circles, pause and reflect: What lesson is waiting here? What part of yourself needs attention or change? Embrace the loop. Trust it's rhythm. The circle isn't your enemy -  it's your guide.

Letting go : The Lesson I Din't want, But Needed

There are a few lot of things that don't break us, but they just ask us to be released.  There is a certain heaviness we carry -  Not because we have to but because we don't to how to put it down or how to let it go.  For me, it was a friendship that I held on to too tightly.
