Once is Enough

Learning To Trust What You See

Life has a gentle yet firm way of teaching us lessons. One of the most powerful lessons is this: Stop allowing people to show you twice what they have already shown you once.

When someone reveals who they actually are through their actions, words, or behaviour, believe them the first time itself. If a person disrespects you, lies to you, or takes you for granted, giving them endless chances does not change who they are - it only prolongs your hurt.

Forgiveness is noble, but blind repetition of trust without boundaries often leads to cycles of disappointment. Growth comes when we respect ourselves enough to walk away from patterns that no longer serve us.

The truth is simple: people don;t always tell us who they are, but they always show us. Pay attention. Protect your peace. And remember - once is enough.
